Lexington Gardens is centrally located in the Nine Elms residential growth area, part of a wider and significant masterplan for this area of London.

The original planning scheme responded to significant site constraints to create a visually distinctive trio of buildings that become a positive addition to the Wandsworth skyline.

The combination of new homes, active communal and commercial uses at ground floor and public / private open space at ground, podium and roof top make this a desirable place within the local area.

The scheme delivers exemplar architecture, high quality apartments, which is accompanied by an attractive public realm which offers significant placemaking benefits.

RM_A delivered a significant S73 application prior to construction stage information, including: updates to the materials palette, communal facilities at ground floor and addition of the roof top amenity

space. The new palette of materials included a combination of traditional brickwork, bespoke terracotta and pre-cast GRC elements which, with careful detailing, provides a striking textured façade.

RM_A also delivered fit-out design for the residents gym, concierge, media room and residents lounge, along with the community commercial facility for Chocolate Films.

The project was completed in 2022.
