Five blocks sit adjacent to the DLR at the Royal Victoria Docks. These blocks surround a landscaped podium courtyard over three layers of parking. The layout provides a key pedestrian route through to the water’s edge, the Emirates Air Line and the Excel Exhibition Centre beyond. Commercial spaces provide active frontages along this linking route.

Two tall landmark towers have spectacular views of the City O2 & Canary Wharf. The scheme completes the urban quarter started by the first phase. The dock edge apartments have spectacular views of the dock. The planning consent was by Squire and Partners and RMA Architects were commisioned to produce construction information. All five buildings are clad in ceramic granite cladding with grey curtain walling & brick feature panels. Generous glass and steel balconies add a sleek transparent enclosure to the facade.
